How much is shipping? Tektel offers free shipping on products over $50 dollarrs to the continental USA. (Excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and other U.S. Territories).Can you ship outside of the United States? No. We only ship within the Continental US. If you are interested in international shipping, please contact us.
Can you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or other U.S. Territories? No. We only ship to the lower 48 states of the United States.
Can you ship to an Air, Army, or Fleet Post Office (APO/FPO) overseas? No. We only ship to the lower 48 states of the United States.
How long before you ship my item? Tektel ships out every order as quickly as possible after the payment is received. For same day shipping, payment needs to be recieved before 3:00 pm PST. Otherwise, your item will be shipped the next business day. If payment is received on the weekend, your item will be shipped out on Monday.
How long does shipping take? Delivery is usually within 3-5 business days.
