Return Policy

We stand behind the products we sell. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we’ll be happy to process an exchange or refund the product less Shipping within 30 Days of your purchase.

At Tektel, our business depends on satisfying all of our customers all of the time. We test everything that we sell, one item at a time. Please be sure to read the listing above in detail, as it will contain any qualifiers about the cosmetic or functional condition of the item, as well as tell you what accessories come with the device.
We also strive to respond to any inquiries about auctions in as timely a fashion as possible.

If for whatever reason, the item that you receive does not match the description, we are happy to work with you on resolving the issue. Below are the pre-conditions for authorizing refunds on returned items:

• • The buyer must notify Tektel of the issue within 30 days of receiving the item.
• • All returns are subject to a 15% Restocking Fee deducted from the issued refund.
• • Refunds can take up to 10 days to process once the items are received at our facility, but we will do everything we can to process refunds as quickly as possible. 30-Day money back guarantee.
• • Please return item to address shown on package.
• • Return shipping is at the buyer's expense.
• • Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense.
• • The original receipt or a record of the purchase is REQUIRED on all returns.
• • Return products must also be in its original condition including box, UPC bar code, packaging and all other accessories.
• • Shipping and handling is non-refundable.
• • Please be aware that although some of our items are offered with free shipping, our actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from the return refund.
